What is the shipping policy that you have?

Our goal is to process all orders within 5-7 business days excluding holidays.

Orders may be held due to weather considerations or on the anticipation of receipt of product stock. Each order is freshly roasted so it is worth the wait!

Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

Free Shipping is applicable to orders exceeding $50, with a delivery time of 7-10 business days. Alternatively, there's the Standard Shipping option for $9.95, with a delivery time of 5-7 business days. For Canadian orders, the shipping cost varies, ranging from $21.95 to $61.95, depending on the quantity of bags ordered.

You may cancel an order at any time prior to Shipping at 1-800-479-1596. or

If you refuse the package and send it back to us, we will be charged a fee from the mailing service and will deduct that fee from your refund.

Shipping Destinations:

We currently ship to any address in the continental United States, Canada, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

What is your return policy?

Lifeboost LLC wants to ensure the satisfaction of our customers. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with a product, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of purchase, less any shipping charges or fees.

It is your responsibility to pay for the return postage and we recommend you sen d it to us with tracking or delivery confirmation to expedite the process and avoid delays.

Our Error: 

If you received a wrong product due to our error, please return the product unopened in the same package in which you received it and include a copy of the invoice. You will receive credit for the product once we receive the return. We will ship you the correct product at no additional shipping expense.

Shipping Damage: 

If your package is visibly damaged upon arrival, refuse the package and have it delivered back to us. Contact us immediately at or by calling toll-free at 1-800-479-1596 and we will have a replacement order shipped to you right away at no additional shipping expense.

Defective Products:

 If you receive a product that is defective, out of date, or is in any way damaged from something other than shipment, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. Please return the product in the same package in which you received it and include a copy of the invoice. We will ship you the correct product at no additional shipping expense or refund your money.

Your Error: 

If you ordered a product by mistake or are unhappy with the item, you may return for a full refund, less any shipping charges or other fees associated with the order. Shipping will be done at your expense. You will receive credit which you may spend at our store for your item upon receipt.
