Here is the plain version. When you are ready to spend, you turn Perks into a reward right in the checkout and it comes off that order. Rewards come in set amounts, so you redeem in blocks rather than to the penny, and you use one per order. If there is a promotion running, you pick whichever saves you more, the promo code or your Perks. The cart will make it obvious which one that is.

Create a Lifeboost account. That is it, and it earns you 100 Perks on its own. You start at Bronze, earning 1 Perk per dollar, and you move up from there.
By what you have spent over the trailing 12 months. $300 puts you at Silver, $750 puts you at Gold. There is nothing to apply for, your tier updates on its own.
We renamed them so the ladder reads the way you would expect: Bronze, Silver, Gold, then Prestige at the top. The spending thresholds and the earn rates are exactly the same as before. If you were at the $300 level, you are at that same level today, and if you were at the $750 level, you are still there too.
Perks are what you earn when you shop. 100 Perks = $1. When you are ready to spend them, you redeem them for a reward right at checkout. If you were with us before, these are the same thing we used to call points, with the same value.

Perks expire after 12 months without account activity. Placing an order resets the clock. Prestige members get 2 years instead of 1.
One per order, so you choose whichever saves you more. If a sale code beats your Perks on that order, use the code and keep your Perks for next time. They are not going anywhere as long as your account stays active.

No. They are spendable immediately, but tiers are set by spending, so nobody can climb to Gold by following us on TikTok. It keeps the tiers meaning something.
