1. Information We Collect

When you purchase from our store, we collect the personal information you provide, which may include your name, billing and shipping address, email address, phone number, and payment information.

When you browse our store, we and our service providers automatically collect certain information about your device and activity, including: your IP address, approximate location (derived from IP address), browser and operating system type, pages viewed, links and buttons clicked, scroll and mouse or touch movement, referring website, and the date and time of your visit. This information is collected through the cookies and tracking technologies described in Section 4 and Section 11 below.

With your permission, we may send emails or text messages about new products, updates, and store news.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, and this site is not directed at children.

2. Consent

How you give consent: When you provide personal information for a transaction (ordering, payment verification, delivery, returns), you consent to our collecting and using it for that purpose only. For secondary uses (e.g., marketing), we will ask directly or provide an option to decline. For non-essential tracking technologies described in Section 4, we obtain your consent through the cookie preference banner presented when you first visit our site.

How to withdraw consent: You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting support@lifeboostcoffee.com, adjusting your Cookie Preferences at the bottom of any page, or mailing us at:

Lifeboost Group Inc. 11 Municipal Drive, Suite 200 #1087 Fishers, IN 46038

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the personal information we collect to: fulfill and manage orders and subscriptions; communicate with you about your order, account, or customer service requests; send marketing communications where you have consented; detect and prevent fraud; analyze and improve the performance, content, and usability of our site; and comply with our legal obligations.

4. Tracking Technologies We Use

We use the following categories of tracking technology on this website:

Google Ads and Google Analytics pixel — used to measure site traffic and advertising performance.

Meta (Facebook/Instagram) pixel — used to measure and improve the performance of our advertising on Meta platforms.

Heatmaps.com session recording and heatmap tool — used to understand how visitors interact with pages on our site (clicks, scrolling, and on-page movement) so we can improve site design and usability.

Gorgias customer support chat widget — used to provide live customer support chat, including any automated or AI-assisted responses it may provide, and to store your chat history so we can respond to your inquiries.

Except where strictly necessary for the site to function (such as maintaining your shopping cart), these tools do not run until you consent through our cookie preference banner. You may review or change your choices at any time using the "Cookie Preferences" link at the bottom of any page.

5. Disclosure of Your Information

We may disclose your personal information: to service providers who perform services on our behalf (such as payment processing, shipping, email/SMS marketing, customer support, and the analytics and advertising tools described in Section 4); if required by law, subpoena, or other legal process; to protect the rights, property, or safety of Lifeboost, our customers, or others; if you violate our Terms of Service; or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

We do not sell your personal information for money. Depending on how "sale" and "share" are defined under applicable state law (including the CCPA/CPRA), the use of certain advertising pixels described in Section 4 may be considered a "share" of personal information with the advertising platform. See Section 7 and Section 8 below for your rights regarding this.

6. Shopify

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides our e-commerce platform. Your data is stored on secure servers behind a firewall.

Payment: If you use a direct payment gateway, Shopify securely stores your credit card data encrypted under PCI-DSS standards. After your transaction is complete, the data is removed. All direct payment gateways follow PCI-DSS requirements.

See Shopify's Terms of Service or Privacy Policy for more information.

7. Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act:

Right to Know — the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, and the categories of sources, purposes, and third parties involved.

Right to Delete — request deletion of personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions.

Right to Correct — request correction of inaccurate personal information.

Right to Opt-Out of Sale/Sharing — as described in Section 8 below.

Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information — to the extent we process sensitive personal information.

Right to Non-Discrimination — we will not deny goods or services, charge different prices, or provide a different level of service because you exercised any of these rights.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the methods in the "Questions & Contact" section below. We will verify your request using information already associated with your account or order history. You may also designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf.

8. Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

You can opt out of the "sharing" of your personal information (as described in Section 5) for cross-context behavioral advertising at any time by adjusting your Cookie Preferences at the bottom of any page, or by emailing support@lifeboostcoffee.com with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information."

We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals. If your browser sends a GPC signal, we will treat it as a valid opt-out request for that browser and will not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising during that session.

9. Third-Party Services

Third-party providers only collect, use, and disclose information as needed to perform their services. Payment processors and specialized providers have their own privacy policies — please review them to understand how they handle your data.

Some providers operate in other jurisdictions, meaning your data may be subject to those local laws. For example, a U.S.-based payment processor may subject your information to U.S. regulations such as the Patriot Act.

When you leave our site or are redirected to a third-party site or app, this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service no longer apply.

Links: External links may take you away from our site. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other websites.

10. Security

We take precautions and follow industry standards to prevent unauthorized access, loss, or misuse of your personal information. Credit card data is encrypted using SSL and stored with AES-256 encryption. While no method is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and additional best practices.

12. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, including to provide our services, comply with our legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Order and transaction records are generally retained for the period required by applicable tax and commercial law. You may request deletion of your personal information at any time as described in Section 7, subject to these retention requirements.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. If significant changes are made, we will notify you so that you know how your information is collected, used, or disclosed.
