There’s no way we could continue to grow and improve without our customers and their helpful feedback and support.

In all reality, we wouldn’t be a coffee company at all without our fabulous customers, our Lifeboost community. 

So today, we’d like to take some time to highlight just how special this community is, looking at how our team connects with customers, sharing a few stories, some fun, feedback, and ultimately rejoicing in the opportunity we have to get to know our Lifeboosters a little more.

Ways To Connect As A Lifebooster

We love connecting with our customers, aka our Lifeboosters! 

This family you’ve helped us create is truly something special. 

When you reply to our blog posts and emails, reach out to our customer service team, comment on social media posts, or interact within our Lifeboost Insperience Facebook group, it truly makes our day! 
Why? 

Because connection is a huge part of what life is all about, and what better way to connect than over a cup, or even the topic, of coffee!

Our customer service team is privileged to speak with our Lifeboosters on a daily basis, happily ready to answer your questions, resolve any issues or concerns that may arise, listen to gain valuable feedback, or simply enjoy some warm, kind chit-chat. 

Then, we’ve also created a Facebook Group, Lifeboost Coffee INsperience, which is a place for our customers to learn, share, and connect over coffee. 

This group began as a place where folks could learn how to have the best cafe experience IN their own homes, something we like to call an INsperience.

Here, our goal was to teach and educate Lifeboosters on all things coffee - providing recipes, brewing methods, tips, reviews, health hacks, articles, and more. 

But, what has developed within this safe, positive, and friendly group is a true community - a place where coffee lovers:

  • post their morning mug pics
  • share personal experiences
  • provide tips
  • post yummy coffee enhancers
  • share funny memes
  • enjoy the “company” of fellow Lifeboosters

Within this group and through email communications, we’ve been thrilled to host contests, such as our Halloween “hauntingly healthy morning ritual” contest where Lifeboosters posted their cozy, creepy, or costume-ready coffee rituals for a chance to win a 3-month supply of coffee plus some amazing health boosters and other swag. 

Then of course, if you’re on our mailing list, you know we also like to keep in touch for the purpose of connecting through our Brewsletter or sharing sales, promotions, and other ways you can save on coffee, win free coffee, or simply enjoy some tips, tricks, recipes, and more! 

Each of these avenues of interaction not only allow us to further connect with our customers, but they also help us better serve you. 

We’ll highlight a few specific remarks regarding these interactions in a moment, but we also wanted to further emphasize the fact that such connection indeed helps us better serve you. 

If you caught our end of the year blog, then you likely noted some changes we’ve been working on throughout 2025, changes which were successfully inspired by your feedback.

Our team works tirelessly to continually improve our products and your experience, but your feedback has also aided our efforts in fine tuning flavors, improving roast profiles, and even further lowering the pH of our already low-acid coffee. Amazing, right!

But, enough about us - we’d love to take some time now to highlight your voices, including specific comments, reviews, posts, and feedback we’ve received from several of you over the course of this past year.

Lifebooster Feedback, Fun, Stories, And More

Let’s begin this section with some fun…

In our Lifeboost INsperience group on Facebook, we love it when you connect with fellow coffee-lovers through kind posts, funny memes, and friendly comments. 

And, as I logged in this morning, the first customer post I saw made me chuckle (conveniently as I was enjoying my first awakening sip of Lifeboost light roast), the meme read “I am about as useful as a screen door on a submarine…without my morning coffee.” 

Hahaha!!! I love that! 
Then, we also love to see your Lifeboost-filled mugs. And, one member, Rhonda, has been showcasing what she calls her morning “mugshot,” snapping pics of her morning brew in a variety of seasonally fun and beautiful coffee mugs, inspiring others to share the same and connect in the comments. 

We see you, Rhonda. Thanks for sharing! 

But, aside from these warm interactions, we also love to hear…need to hear…from you regarding your experiences.

About 5 months ago, Susanne took the time to let us know that Lifeboost Coffee was “100%, the BEST COFFEE I’VE EVER EXPERIENCED!!”
She stated “we love the Midnight Roast and 100% feel better than ever about the coffee we drink since discovering Lifeboost.” 

Regarding her experience with our team and her thoughts about our overall processes/product, etc., she explained “The customer service, quality and source of the coffee itself, and the ability to share healthy coffee with others make the LIFEBOOST COMMUNITY #1, par none. Keep it up and Thank you.”

Concerning the overall Lifeboost experience, including our email communications, Allison shared the following heartfelt review just after Thanksgiving:

I stumbled upon Lifeboost amid my health journey and my family and I have been in love with your coffee ever since…but honestly, it’s not just the perfection of your product and the trust you’ve gained in my choice to always come back for more, but it’s emails like these in which I see your heart and you as a fellow human…and I respect you and I want to support your business…I recommend your products daily…keep up the great work…never stop being vulnerable and grateful…when I count my blessings, I count you twice! Allison, can I first just say, your style of writing speaks to my heart! I live in the dot, dot, dot because this frankly echoes how I speak. 

So, with each … I feel your pause, and it’s like we’re sitting across from one another…connecting as we each sip our favorite Lifeboost brew.

Several weeks ago, Cheryl shared with us her appreciation for the cleanness of our coffee and flavoring processes, also expressing a newfound love in one of my personal favorites. (I know, I know, I have a lot of personal favorites, I just can’t help it.) 
Cheryl told us “Lifeboost coffee is an ultimate coffee experience. Really appreciate the tests for molds & mycotoxins, and you’re organic, plus low acid. Great tasting coffee and many choices if you like to try flavored from time to time. I generally don’t want flavored but did try their decaf Smoky Butterscotch & absolutely love it! I am so glad they use pure & natural essences for their flavors & aren’t synthetic.” 

We concur, Cheryl! Those essential oils and real baking extracts indeed make all the difference. 

When I sip our Smoky Butterscotch, my mind is immediately flooded with the aroma of my grandparents kitchen where they seemingly always had a fresh pot of coffee brewing, something I enjoyed when sneaking a butterscotch disc from my grandma’s crystal candy bowl on the countertop. 

Cheryl, comments like this remind us why we do what we do, seeking to always put your health first, which in turn brings the tastiest cups.

Whether it’s your online crew or your frontline telephone crew, your cs reps are AWESOME!!! That’s why eight of my friends have subscriptions with Lifeboost. I’m still working on the others. Lastly, we’d like to share a review from Kevin. 

Kevin has been a long time Lifebooster, and not only did he take the time to share his thoughts more than 5 years ago regarding his first Lifeboost experience, he also came back recently to update - again with kindness. 

Here’s what Kevin so thoughtfully shared with our team: 

“So here’s my honest unbiased review. First, I ordered it Friday after hours, and I received my coffee today, Wednesday. Considering I live on the upper east coast, I’m happy with the delivery time. I was also able to track it on its way. The tracking was very accurate and constantly updated. That made me happy. 

I made my first pot immediately for my wife and I. We both agreed that this is by far the best coffee we have ever had. You won’t realize the difference until you try it. Extremely smooth and no acid taste as it’s advertised. I’m honestly impressed with this product. It’s definitely worth the price you pay a little more for. 

I’ve read the reviews, and honestly I believe you can’t make everyone happy. One thing I did get from the reviews was the Lifeboost company responded to a majority of them. Good reviews and bad. That tells me, just like the taste of the coffee, they care about what they do. 

Give it a chance. For me, I was so impressed, I felt like Lifeboost deserved my time to write this review. It’s honestly that good. I highly recommend the dark roast. Great job and keep up the good work. Don’t change how you do things. No matter how much money you make.”

Kevin, if this was your only review, I can’t begin to tell you how valuable your thoroughness is to our team!

These kinds of responses truly keep us going, reminding us of our goals and commitments to bring our customers not only great tasting, clean, healthy coffee, but also a positive experience from start to finish.

But, this wasn’t Kevin’s only review

He graciously came back 5 years later to write an update this past September: 

“Five years later and I stand by my original review. This coffee is better than any brand I’ve tried and that’s 1000s of brands. Today I received my order, and they messed up. I received pumpkin where I should have received blueberry mocha. I immediately emailed the same email that kept me informed on tracking, and no lie, less than 5 minutes later, they shipped my blueberry mocha at no charge. 

This is how you do business. In our world today, no one thinks of the customer anymore. Lifeboost does. Take a chance and try it. I know you won’t regret it. Taste the difference.” 

Again, Kevin, we truly appreciate your loyalty and your kind, positive words. 

But, more than this, we’re so incredibly happy that you’ve had such great experiences with our team and you’re thoroughly enjoying Lifeboost coffee.
